Hey

Sorry it has been such a long time sinced I blogged. Things have been busy at school and home. Since it is the last week of school I have 8 finals to study for. Now I am almost halfway done with all my exams. I can't believe ninth grade is just about over this year has gone by so fast! For the next two days I go in late and on Friday I get out early. This is really confusing.

Yesterday we took the babies out into the sprinkler, sorry we forgot to take pics, and they had a blast! Abby was a little scared of the sprinkler for most of the time outside. Marian warmed up to the idea and Maggie loved it from the start. Today is also dad's b-day, he had the coolest cake with a whole bunch of EMS vehicles. Well i need to go. It is getting late and I have school tomorrow.

Garden/Farmers Market

today we went to the local farmer's market with the babies. We bought some plants, three pickling cucumbers and one cantolope. We did cucumbers last year and are trying cantolpe this year. The seedlings were a dollar a piece, not bad at all. There is one stand Bees by the Bay, that i love. The people there are extreamly nice and he (the guy working today) let the babies try strawberry honey. (Earlier he heard the babies yelling about strawberries=yummy.) They loved it and he gave them a little more. Mommy then bought strawberry honey and Orange Blossom Honey. The Bees by the Bay company is really great. they have lots of products and they make different flavors by thier placement of the hives. they have a web site : beesbythebay.com
ps the hand cream is AWSOME, but you might need to do a little work to get it. Varities due vary by location.

Ha HA

The recipie yesterday wasn't correct. You don't need to double the marshmallow for kix, it works better as a single amount. Hey mom just noticed that my hair is long enough to braid. Personally my favorite is the french braid.

Rice Crispies

Well i just got done making rice crispies, but with kix and i put some chocolate icing on top (YUM). Here is the recipie:

1/4 cup butter
3 cups mini marshmallows
6 cups Rice Crispies

Melt the butter over low heat and add the marshmallows and contiune to stir untill the marshmallows are melted. Add ceral and stir to coat. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Cool.

When making with kix double the marshmallow part. Optionaly you can put the chocolate icing on top of the bars.

Live for Today; Pray for Tomorrow

Live for Today; Pray for Tomorrow
This is my motto, i don't mean go blow all your money but stop and appreciate everything around you. Love like you never had before, be kind to strangers and help out as much as you can. Pray that tomorrow you can be a better person.Always know that God is with you and gives you nothing that you can't handle.

The Red Eyed Tree Frog

Hi everyone. I am the red eyed tree frog from my mom's blog, Zookeeping 101. My mom paid one lady (ill get more info later) to make a blog layout for her. The same day i brought home my art project. Both had a red eyed tree frog. So i claimed the frog on the blog as my own. don't forget to check out my sister's blog Out of The Cage
